Creative Energy

The Beverly & Irving Laker Art Enrichment Program

Creative activities reduce boredom and help to stimulate physical and mental activity. A wide variety of mediums are practiced based on patient interest and ability, and may include fiber art, drawing, painting, decoupage, knitting, three-dimensional craftwork and more. These projects also elevate self-esteem and enhance independence and productivity.

This program is named by the Laker Family in memory of Beverly and Irving Laker z’l. We are grateful to the Laker family for establishing a program to support JHCN’s Art Enrichment visits To make a donation in support of the Irving & Beverly Laker Art Enrichment Program, click here and choose the fund from the dropdown menu.
