Advanced Planning for End of Life: Tools for Faith and Health Conversations with Henry Ford Health System (January 9, 2014)

 

Hospice & Palliative Care Education with Hospice of Michigan Institute.

This Eight-hour credential training keeps rabbis, non-medical caregivers and staff current on a wide range of hospice, palliative and supportive caregiving topics including: government regulations, reporting and compliance, medical issues and best practices when navigating the end-of-life care arena. Understanding multiple points of view creates strong advocates and advisers for both the patient and family. (June 11 – July 29, 2014)
